Price alerts
Stock and crypto price alerts, set up in plain words
Tell Avos what you're watching. It checks the price on a schedule and emails you when your level is crossed, once or every time.
What a price alert can watch
Stocks, ETFs, crypto, forex and commodities
Search any stock or ETF, the major cryptocurrencies, major forex pairs, and commodities from gold and oil to coffee. Tickers are checked before you save, never guessed.
Price levels and daily moves
Fire when a price goes above or below a level, or rises or falls by a percentage in a day. Up to 10 triggers in one alert. Forex alerts use price levels.
Once, or every time
An alert can fire once and pause, or fire every time the price crosses your level again. A small buffer stops it repeating while the price hovers at the line.
A warning before a typo costs you
If a level is already crossed or far from today's price, Avos tells you before you save and offers a one-tap fix.
How it works
Describe it
Write the alert the way you'd say it, or fill in the form if you prefer.
Avos checks the price
On a schedule set by your plan, from every hour on Starter to every 5 minutes on Pro.
You get an email
The subject line carries the price and your level, so you know what happened before you open it.
What each plan includes
| Plan | Alerts | News checked | Prices checked |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1 | once a day | every hour |
| Plus | 5 | every 6 hours | every 15 minutes |
| Pro | 20 | every hour | every 5 minutes |
Prices are checked on a schedule, not streamed, so an email can arrive up to one check after the move. Commodity prices update once a day. Alerts are information, not investment advice.
